  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Return Process:

    2. Our team will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
    3. Ship the item back using the provided label. The cost of return shipping free.

Exchanges:

  • We offer free exchanges if you need a different size or color. Contact us within 7 days, and we will process the exchange at no additional cost.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned items. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at support@whity.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund as soon as possible.
